How much do you charge for delivery?
Our prices include free packing and UK delivery.. Please contact us for delivery charges for other territories.
What about maintenance?
Oak is a natural material that will
adapt to the weather conditions. In time this will degrade the varnish and recoating will be required. Alternatively, the sign can be left to weather, as the carved lettering will not disappear.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
We aim to dispatch all standard individual orders within 10 days and usually sooner. During busy and holiday periods we may occasionally take a little longer. You will be notified of any unusual delay as soon as we receive your order and given the option to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel, your money will be refunded promptly and in full. We always use Royal Mail and Parcelforce or similar reputable carriers. Delivery times for unusual and multiple orders will be agreed with customers at the time of quoting. We always endeavour to meet customer deadlines but do appreciate as much notice as possible. Please contact us if you do not receive your delivery within 14 days of order.
Do you have a privacy policy?
At SignCarver we treat your confidential information very seriously. Information provided by you will be used solely for the purposes of dealing with your enquiries, processing your order, manufacturing and supplying the goods, processing returns and processing payment, including fraud prevention. We use only reputable payment processing agents who operate secure processing systems. We will share the information supplied by you with such agents, solely for the purposes listed above. Customer feedback is valuable to our customers and we may use such feedback in our promotional material, but only in an anonymised form. We will not pass information supplied by you to other parties for promotional purposes, direct mail, spamming or any other illegal or unethical practice. We will seek your approval before any other use of your confidential information.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your order before the manufacture of your sign has begun we will make a full refund. If production has started at the time of cancellation we will, at our sole discretion, make a proportionate refund. Refunds will not be made for signs after dispatch.
My sign is faulty - can you help?
We will replace signs with manufacturing faults, as long as they are returned to us within one year of purchase.
My sign arrived damaged - what should I do?
Goods damaged in transit must be returned in the original packaging, carriage paid, within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the sign and refund your reasonable return carriage charges. |
